Howzi Terms of Service
Welcome to Howzi. These Terms govern your use of the Howzi website, web application, and integrations with supported AI assistants and other applications. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

2. What Howzi provides
Howzi enables authorized users to retrieve and explore business data through compatible tools, AI assistants and visual analytics interfaces. At launch, Google Analytics 4 is the supported data source and ChatGPT is the supported conversational assistant. Additional integrations may be developed but are not guaranteed.
Howzi is independent of Google and OpenAI and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either company.
3. Registration and eligibility
You must register for a Howzi account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding access to your account. You must be legally authorized to access any Google Analytics property you connect to the service.
4. Third-party services
Google Analytics, Google sign-in, ChatGPT and other connected platforms are provided by their respective operators and may require separate accounts. Your use of each platform is subject to its own terms and privacy practices. Changes to external APIs, access rights, price or availability may affect Howzi.
5. Output accuracy and use
Howzi retrieves analytics information from the connected data source. Data can be delayed, incomplete, sampled, filtered or affected by how measurement is configured. A connected AI assistant may produce incomplete or incorrect summaries or interpretations.
You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of outputs before using them for important business, financial or legal decisions. Howzi does not guarantee specific business results.
6. Free and planned Pro plans
Free: Howzi offers a free plan, subject to its current feature entitlements and usage allowances, which may be displayed in the application.
Pro: A Pro plan is planned at USD $9 per month but is not yet available for purchase. You can join a notification list to hear when Pro launches. Registering interest does not create a subscription, purchase, reservation, or payment obligation.
Before paid subscriptions are offered, we will publish binding payment, renewal, tax, cancellation, refund and mandatory consumer-rights terms. The planned price and features may be updated before the paid service becomes available; any final offer must be disclosed before users purchase it.
Howzi may enforce appropriate usage and security limits on accounts and requests to protect the service from misuse.
7. Acceptable use
You may not connect or retrieve data without authorization, abuse credentials, try to bypass rate limits/security controls, interfere with the service, or violate applicable law or third-party service terms. We may take proportionate steps to protect the service, including restricting access, subject to applicable law.
8. Data and privacy
You retain your applicable rights to information you lawfully connect to Howzi. You authorize us to access, retrieve and return the information necessary for the supported functions you invoke.
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy at https://howzi.ai/privacy, including the distinction between transient analytics results and retained account/operational metadata. Connected assistants and providers may process information independently under their own terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Howzi software, original mascot, logo, interfaces and brand belong to velyoo AG or applicable licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service under these Terms and your plan. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your own analytics information.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. External provider outages, maintenance and API changes can interrupt or change functionality. We may improve or discontinue particular features consistent with applicable contractual rights and mandatory law.
11. Account closure
You may stop using Howzi and request account closure by contacting our support team. The current version has no fully automated account-deletion workflow. We assess and handle requests under applicable legal requirements; some operational, identity or legally required records may need separate handling. 12. Liability
Nothing here is intended to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland, subject to any mandatory legal protections that apply to users. The courts at the registered seat of velyoo AG have jurisdiction, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Updates and contact
We may revise these Terms when our service or the legal/commercial framework changes. The latest Terms will appear at https://howzi.ai/terms. Where legally required, we will notify you of material changes.
